Peace, love, and happiness are 3 things that everyone wants to have in life. However, if you ask people if they have these three things, most people will tell you that they don’t. So if these three things are wanted to so much, why do most people not have them? Here are three keys to help you find the peace, love, and happiness that you are looking for.

1. Follow your passions.

One of the main reasons why you may not feel like you have peace, love, and happiness is because you absolutely hate what you do. Now I’m not suggesting that you stop tomorrow but start doing things that you enjoy. Life is too short to spend it doing things that you hate. Make a plan to stop doing what you hate and to start doing what you love.

2. Find it internally first.

Many people look for peace, love, and happiness in all kinds of things only to find that none of them work. The truth of the matter is that you first have to find it inside yourself. If you are trying to find these things in external things when you don’t have them internally, you will constantly be running into brick walls.

3. Know what you are looking for.

Obviously you are looking for peace, love, and happiness but what are those things to you? Until you know the answer to that question you will chase things and then find out that they are empty. Don’t make the mistake of chasing something that you don’t know what it looks like.
